The DWF of the XH44 was removed due to excessive downloading that was exceeding my monthly bandwidth limitations. I will be posting static images and possibly smaller DWF in due time. There are currently two projects for the Hiller Aviation Museum underway and we welcome any donations (tax deductible). Send me and email if you are interested. The second project is the Fowler Gage. The modeling is well underway but construction has not yet commenced. We need more funding before starting. Here is a link to the model page and the information page for the Fowler Gage Project The XH44 is under construction but we are making some modeling changes as a result of some recent information that was found in a warehouse. The historic XH44 Helicopter was built in 1943-44 by Stanley Hiller. We are still doing "what if" scenarios while trying to determine what it looked like in "first flight" configuration. For more information on this bit of mechanical history, please visit the Hiller Aviation Museum and Educational Foundation web site I will be placing more information on the XH44 project here in the future. |
